The sessions consist of one hour over 2 months in 15 patients diagnosed with FBSS by an anesthesiologist. Treatment involved Mitchell, Jones and Visceral techniques. Results: Before treatment, patients described their pain visual analog scale from 0 to 10, with a mean of 5.73 and finally 4.46. Functional capacity was checked by Roland Morris Questionnaire: the average score changed from 10 to 6.06 after treatment. The type of analgesic used and developments taking painkillers with analgesic ladder was considered, the mean went from 2.93 to 1.93. Conclusion: The largest part of the patients reported improvement of their clinical condition, no side effects were reported.
