- Abstract
- Neurodynamic techniques are a therapeutic method used for diseases of the nervous system. Since 2005 there seems to be a clinical trend that is striving to show that these techniques are effective in addressing treatment of the nervous system, although this effort is not proven in the literature. The purpose of this study is to review the existing literature on diagnosis and treatment within the field of neurodynamics. We carried out a research using the keywords neurodynamics / neural tension / diagnosis / treatment. Pedro scale was used as a tool to evaluate the methodological quality of the selected articles. 25 articles were identified as valid, 17 of them in the field of diagnosis and 8 in the field of treatment. This review highlights a lack of qualitative and quantitative thoroughness in the studies included in the sample. At the same time, there should be more studies of randomized clinical trials in order to validate the techniques used. We advocate for more scientific rigor in the methodology of future research and a standardization of diagnostic tests and neural mobilization.

- Les tècniques de neurodinàmica són una modalitat terapèutica utilitzada en relació a les patologies del sistema nerviós. Sembla haver-hi des del 2005 una corrent clínica que s’està esforçant en demostrar que aquest tipus de tècniques resulten eficaces a la hora de encarar un tractament del sistema nerviós, encara que aquest esforç no es veu corroborat en el camp de la literatura científica. La finalitat del present estudi és realitzar una revisió bibliogràfica relacionada amb el diagnòstic i tractament dins els camp de la neurodinàmica. Es va dur a terme una recerca utilitzant com a paraules clau neurodinàmica/ tensió neural/ diagnòstic/ tractament. Es va utilitzar l’escala PEDro com a eina per avaluar la qualitat metodològica dels articles seleccionats. 25 articles van ser identificats com a vàlids, 17 dins el camp del diagnòstic i 8 dins el camp del tractament. En aquesta revisió es destaca la falta de rigorositat tan a nivell qualitatiu com quantitatiu dels estudis inclosos dins els mateix, igualment s’haurien de realitzar més estudis tipus assajos clínics aleatoris per validar les tècniques utilitzades. Proposant per futures investigacions major rigor en el camp de la metodologia i estandaritzar les proves diagnòstiques i les mobilitzacions neurals.
