- Osteopathy’s expansion as a sanitary discipline is closely related to the growing awareness that people has of it, and the necessary recognition inside the current legislation. This study was made taking this into account, and the fact that the medical world has an increasing tendency towards a multidisciplinary work. This study aims to describe the degree of knowledge that gynecologist have about our profession and identity. As well as, to discover this group’s capability to work in an interdisciplinary context. This is the reason why a descriptive study was made; a study that wanted to define the existing relationship between the gynecological world and osteopathy. And to do so, a survey was sent via e-mail, to 100 randomly chosen gynecologists.

- L’expansió de l’osteopatia com a disciplina sanitària està lligada al creixent coneixement que la població va tenint d’ella i al reconeixement necessari dins de la legislació. Partint d’aquest fet i de què el col·lectiu mèdic presenta, cada cop més, una tendència davant d’ un treball multidisciplinari, s’elabora aquest projecte. L’estudi vol fer una descripció de quins coneixements tenen els ginecòlegs de la nostra professió i de la nostra identitat. I descobrir la capacitat que té aquest col·lectiu davant la possibilitat de fer una cooperació interdisciplinària. És per això que s’elabora un estudi descriptiu on es vol definir la relació que hi ha establerta entre el món mèdic ginecològic i l’osteopatia mitjançant una enquesta que s’envia via e-mail a un número de 100 de ginecòlegs triats aleatòriament.
