Introduction: The DLI and DCI were the first cause of incapacity for work in people under 45 years of age. The frequency of these injuries and the scarcity of evaluative instruments on the satisfaction of osteopathic treatment, suggested an observational study to assess the degree of satisfaction (CRES -4). The objective was to quantify the degree of satisfaction in these patients after finishing treatment with osteopathy. Methodology: The sample consisted of 113 patients with DLI and / or ICD diagnosed by the Endesa medical service in Barcelona, women and men between 25 and 65 years of age who met the inclusion criteria. The satisfaction, age, sex and years of the company were valued. For its statistical analysis, the T-student was used.
Results: In general, all patients had high satisfaction. 15% of men between 45 and 65 years old presented DLI and DCI, while women represented 12%.
Conclusions: The satisfaction of patients with DLI and ICD was high after the osteopathy approach. Therefore, it is recommended in future investigations, more sessions of treatment until the resolution, the same therapist and with the same stage of the injury. - Abstract

Introducción: El DLI y DCI fueron la primera causa de incapacidad laboral en personas menores de 45 años La frecuencia de estas lesiones y la escasez de instrumentos evaluativos sobre la satisfacción del tratamiento osteopático, sugirió realizar un estudio observacional para valorar el grado de satisfacción (CRES-4). El objetivo fue cuantificar el grado de satisfacción en dichos pacientes después de terminar el tratamiento con osteopatía.
Metodología: La muestra fue de 113 pacientes con DLI y/o DCI diagnosticados por el servicio médico de Endesa en Barcelona, mujeres y hombres entre 25 y 65 años de edad que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Se valoró la satisfacción, edad, sexo y años de empresa. Para su análisis estadístico, se utilizó el T-student.
Resultados: En general, todos los pacientes tuvieron una satisfacción alta. El 15% de los hombres entre los 45 y 65 años presentaron DLI y DCI, mientras que las mujeres representaron el 12%.
Conclusiones: La satisfacción de los pacientes con DLI y DCI fue alta después del abordaje de la osteopatía. Por ello, se recomienda en futuras investigaciones, más sesiones de tratamiento hasta la resolución, el mismo terapeuta y con el mismo estadío de la lesión. - presented at
