de Ziel: Der Vorlauftest im Stand und im Sitz stellt eine häufig angewandte Methode zur Eingrenzung des Untersuchungsbereiches im Rahmen der globalen Untersuchung, von OsteopathInnen dar. Bisher wurde der Test im Zusammenhang mit Dysfunktionen des Iliosakralgelenkes untersucht und als wenig valide und reliabel bestätigt. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, Werte für die Inter- Rater- Reliabilität des Vorlauftests im Stand und im Sitz zu erheben, um herauszufinden, wie hoch die Übereinstimmung zweier unabhängiger OsteopathInnen ist.Methode: Bei der vorliegenden Studie handelt es sich um eine Inter- Rater- Reliabilitätsstudie. Der Vorlauftest im Stand und im Sitz wurde an 47 symptomatischen und asymptomatischen Erwachsenen von zwei unabhängigen Osteopathinnen durchgeführt. Zusätzlich wird die subjektive Angabe der Testerinnen von sicher und unsicher im Rahmen der Confidence- Rating- Scale gefordert.Ergebnisse: Aus den erhobenen Daten wurden die Cohens- Kappa- Koeffizienten für den Vorlauftest im Stand und den Vorlauftest im Sitz berechnet. Für den Vorlauftest im Stand beträgt der Wert 𝜅 = 0,36. Für den Vorlauftest im Sitz wurde ein Wert von 𝜅 = 0,28 berechnet. Es liegt bei beiden Tests eine mäßige Übereinstimmung vor. Es konnte sowohl beim Vorlauftest im Stand als auch im Sitz nur eine geringe Korrelation (0,29 und 0,21) mit der CRS errechnet werden.Konklusio: Anlässlich der berechneten Koeffizienten für den Vorlauftest im Stand und im Sitz kann derzeit keine Empfehlung für den Einsatz der Testungen als ein Teil der globalen Untersuchung von OsteopathInnen gegeben werden. Die Studie muss hinsichtlich des Kappa- Paradoxon optimiert werden. en Objective: The standing and sitting forward flexion test is a common method in the global examination of osteopathic patients. Currently, the validity and reliability of the forward flexion test for evaluating dysfunction of the Iliosacral joint are not well- established. This study aims to assess the inter- rater reliability of the standing and sitting forward flexion test as a tool in the global examination, to determine the level of agreement between two independent osteopathic practitioners.Methods: This study employed an inter- rater reliability design, where two independent osteopathic practitioners examined 47 symptomatic and asymptomatic adults using the standing and sitting forward flexion test. Each examiner also had to indicate their confidence in the test results using a rating scale of “confident” or “not confident”. Results: Cohen´s Kappa coefficients were calculated for the standing and sitting forward flexion tests, resulting in 𝜅 = 0.36 for the standing forward flexion test and 𝜅 = 0.28 for the sitting flexion test, indicating fair agreement. There was a low correlation (0.29 and 0.21) between the test results and the confidence- rating- scale.Conclusion: Based on the fair agreement observed in the standing and sitting forward flexion tests, neither can be recommended as a standalone test in the global examination of osteopathic practitioners. Further optimization of the study is needed to address the Kappa paradox.
