The liver is the most voluminous exocrine digestive gland of the body; the
their metabolic functions and energy are paramount. And they highlight the
digestive and related state general fatigue.
But there is no scientific evidence about whether certain osteopathic
techniques can play a positive influence on each other or in its entirety.
The present study therefore aims was to determine whether the osteopathic
technique of pumping liver in people with digestive disorders such as
dyspepsia, symptoms and disorders in the evacuation of the general partner
in the liver, had a certain effectiveness.
The case study presented an experimental group of 12 people which were
assessed initially and after three interventions. In the control group of 12
individuals but only made the same assessment items without applying the
treatment.
There were no statistically significant results that demonstrate its
effectiveness on the digestive system.
It also concluded that the treatment of Hepatic pumping, I had a determining
effectiveness of the functions of the liver or digestive disorders on the general
state of patients. - Abstract

El fetge és una glàndula digestiva exocrina més voluminosa de l’organisme;
les seves funcions metabòliques i energètiques són primordials. I en elles en
destaquen les digestives i les relacionades amb l’estat general com la fatiga.
No hi ha però evidència científica sobre si determinades tècniques
osteopàtiques hi poden tenir una influència positiva en cadascuna d’elles o en
la seva globalitat.
El present estudi tenia per objectius doncs, determinar si la tècnica
osteopàtica del bombeig hepàtic (TOBH) en persones amb disfuncions
digestives tals com dispèpsia, trastorns en l’evaquació i simptomatologia
sobre l’estat general associades al fetge, tenia una certa efectivitat.
L’estudi de casos presentava un grup experimental de 12 persones on se’ls
va valorar inicialment i després de tres intervencions. Al grup control de 12
individus però només es va fer la valoració amb els mateixos ítems sense
l’aplicació del tractament.
No es van obtenir resultats estadísticament rellevants que demostressin la
seva eficàcia sobre el sistema digestiu.
Així mateix es va concloure, que el tractament del Bombeig Hepàtic, no tenia
una efectivitat determinant o exclusiva sobre les funcions del fetge en
disfuncions digestives ni sobre l’estat general dels pacients. - presented at
