The pains of the coccyx or posttraumatic coccygodynias are relatively frequent. They appear, immediately, or remote, or after the initial traumatism on coccyx. After a reminder of osteopathic anatomical and physiological data, the author deals with the different radiological images and their differentials diagnoses.He informs into the conclusions of the study on the dynamic x-rays of coccyx of Dr J.Y. Maigne in the Dieu Hotel of Paris.
This study shows that the normal anteroposterior mobility of coccyx varies between 0 and 25º of flexion or extension, that the hyperflexion or the luxation is the signs of a coccygean hypermobility and is characteristic of these pains.
The author describes the different classic and osteopathic treatments, after studies and analyzes the results of the practiced osteopáticas techniques on 32 patients who suffer of this pathology. - Abstract

Los dolores del cóccix o coxigodinias post traumáticas son relativamente frecuentes. Aparecen, inmediatamente, o a distancia, o después del traumatismo inicial sobre el cóccix. Después de un recordatorio de los datos anatómicos y de la fisiología osteopáticos, el autor trata de las distintas imágenes radiológicas y de sus diagnósticos diferenciales. Informa de las conclusiones del estudio sobre las radiografías dinámicas del cóccix del Dr. J.Y. Maigne del Hotel Dieu de París. Este estudio pone de manifiesto que la movilidad anteroposterior normal del cóccix varia entre 0 y 25 de flexión o extensión, que la hiperflexión o la luxación son los signos de una hipermovilidad coccígea y son patognomónicas de estos dolores.
El autor descrito los distintos tratamientos clásicos y osteopáticos, luego estudia y analiza los resultados de las técnicas osteopáticas practicadas sobre 32 pacientes que sufren - presented at
