The sacroiliac joint is one of the most injured joint in dancers.
We want to show the factors which have influence on sacroiliac damages.
Practicing ballet in early age has influence on the pelvic morphology. But also we have mechanic effects which have influence on the sacroiliac in "en dehors", working hard to get more instep, using in excess the hip opening chain an the external rotation associated to the extend of the hip.
A good apprenticeship of the technique "en dehors" associated to stretched of the hip opening chain of down extremity including fascial corrections and trying on working on the same way with right and left sides are the guaranties to stopp the sacroiliac damages, overcoats they could get on hurts and limitations for the dancer. - Abstract

La articulación sacro-ilíaca es una de las articulaciones que se va a ver más forzada en los bailarines.
Queremos con nuestro estudio ver los factores que influyen en las lesiones de la sacro-ilíaca.
El inicio precoz de la práctica del ballet va a influir decisivamente en la morfología pélvica. Pero también tenemos unos efectos mecánicos que van a influir sobre la sacroilíaca como son: el "en dehors", el forzar los pies para ganar empeine, y el sobre uso de la cadena de apertura de cadera y de rotación externa asociada a las máximas amplitudes de cadera.
Un buen aprendizaje de la técnica del "en dehors" asociado a estiramientos de la cadena de apertura externa de la extremidad inferior, sobre todo incluyendo correcciones fasciales y procurando trabajar igualmente lado derecho e izquierdo son las garantías de una prevención del desarrollo de las lesiones de la sacroilíaca, sobre todo que lleguen a descompensarse y provocar dolores y limitaciones en el bailarín. - presented at
