AIM:
To determine if the test of calcaneous mobility is valid to diagnose the osteopathic hypo-mobility injury of the calcaneous against the talus.
METHODOLOGY:
After realising the postero-external and antero-internal mobility manual test on the hee1 of 25 subjects, an oblique X ray photography of the external face of the subtalar joint of each subtalar joint was realised in maximum inversion to determine if a major or equal to 5mm opening exists. To establish if there is positive correlation between the manual measurement and the radiological one.
RESULT:
Through the Spearman correlation test it was demonstrated a Internal Correlation Coefficient (ICC) of 0. 9 8. So the hypothesis of this study was demonstrated.
CONCLUSION:
The test of mobility calcaneous is valid to test the antero-internal injuries of the calcaneous against the talus. - Abstract

OBJETIVO: Determinar si el test de movilidad calcánea es válido para diagnosticar la lesión osteopática de hipomovilidad antero-interna del calcáneo con respecto al después de realizar el test manual de movilidad postero-externa, antero interna sobre el talón de cada sujeto, se realizó una radiografía oblicua de la cara externa de la articulación subastragalina en inversión máxima para determinar si existe una apertura mayor o igual a 5mm y con ello establecer si existe una correlación positiva entre la medición manual y la radiológica .
RESULTADOS: A través del test de correlación de Spearman se demostró que existía un coeficiente de correlación interno (ICC) de 0.98. Por lo que la hipótesis de este estudio quedó demostrada.
CONCLUSIÓN: El test de movilidad calcánea es valido para testar las lesiones de fijación antero-interna del calcáneo con respecto al astrágalo. - presented at
